Mohamed Salah Offers Apology to Squad, Says Curtis Jones
Curtis Jones has shared that Salah apologised to the group of players in the wake of the uproar from his televised remarks.

Salah was left out from a key Champions League match subsequent to making accusations and stating his rapport with Arne Slot had soured.
“Mo is his own man and he can say his own stuff,” Jones told Sky Sports. “He apologised to us and was like: ‘If my words hurt anyone, please accept my apology.’”
The manager has chosen not to reveal on whether he got an explanation from the player.

He emphasized that the dressing room atmosphere was unchanged. “Nothing about him changed, he had a big smile on his face and it was business as usual,” he continued.
Jones also noted that a player's desire to start is a positive trait. “I understand there are certain ways you can express yourself,” he said. “But if a lad’s fine to just not start, then I think that’s a bigger problem.”
Team Form
The team's performance have been impressive in the matches since the initial controversy. He feels the outburst were not intended to harm the team.
“When there’s been any sort of anger, it has consistently come from a good place,” the midfielder stated. “We’re past that now and we’re gelling well as a team, getting results and starting to win games.”
