The families of young people lost after a devastating fire at a bar in a Switzerland's alpine town are enduring an excruciating period of uncertainty for answers and appealing for information about their children via social media.

The inferno engulfed the Le Constellation bar in Cans-Montana, located in the mountains of the Valais region, in the middle of the night of New Year's Day. Verified footage reveal the roof structure being engulfed in flames as bottles with fireworks are held aloft.
